Claims have been successful in Singapore and Bermuda (Ivanishvili v Credit Suisse). Sophie also acts for the claimants in Muncipio de Mariana v BHP Group Plc, the largest piece of group litigation before the English Courts, which aims to determine corporate responsibility for the Fundão Dam collapse in Brazil.
