His previous experience in the construction industry informs Daniel’s ability to effectively advise his clients, thanks to ample experience in managing subcontractor bids, insurance requirements, and working with plans and specifications.

He guides complex construction projects from concept through completion and settlement of claims, with a practice that runs the gamut from structuring Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to litigating construction defect and delay claims.
