Daniel F. Allison

Daniel Allison is a finance partner in the Houston office of Sidley Austin. Daniel’s practice is at the forefront of the energy and infrastructure financing, advising clients on complex financing and innovative approaches and transactions, including pioneering new financing structures and products. Daniel has extensive experience representing borrowers, lenders and other secured parties in financings in energy transactions and infrastructure projects. His practice focuses on asset backed and leverage financings, including sponsor-backed acquisition financings, securitizations, and other complex commercial finance structures in many energy and infrastructure industries ranging from oil and gas to digital assets and logistics. He has experience in traditional loans, as well as structured and rated debt issuances in connection with asset-back financing, securitizations, rated project financings, US private placements, structured hedging facilities and other bespoke financing arrangements.
