Advises clients on complex national security regulatory matters that impact cross-border investment and international trade. Extensive experience representing US and international clients before CFIUS; mitigating foreign ownership, control or influence (FOCI) under applicable national industrial security regulations; and counseling companies on US export controls and economic sanctions compliance. Clients include aerospace and defense companies, oil and gas companies, diversified manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, information technology companies, private equity firms and others.
