Dabney Carr focuses on patent and intellectual property litigation and other federal court litigation, representing clients across the country, particularly in the “Rocket Docket” of the Eastern District of Virginia, where he has handled numerous matters, including dozens of patent cases. Dabney has served as lead counsel in litigation involving patent, trademark and copyright infringement, environmental litigation, as well as multidistrict litigation involving pharmaceutical and medical device product liability claims.
