Corey Lee’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and internal investigations for clients in the financial services, health care, consumer and retail sectors, advising on matters related to commercial litigation, information security and data breach incidents, contract disputes, class actions, business torts, product liability litigation, and eDiscovery.

Mr. Lee also has experience conducting internal investigations, including investigations related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), theft of trade secrets, healthcare fraud, False Claims Act and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). Mr. Lee also regularly assists his clients with compliance training to employees.

As part of his work related to eDiscovery, Mr. Lee regularly advises clients and colleagues on the preservation, collection and production of electronically stored information in cases varying from single plaintiff employment matters to antitrust class actions.
