With 18 years of experience on the real estate sector, She typically act for national and international investment funds and corporations on all their real estate investments in Spain.
Conchita have extensive experience in real estate which covers the whole real estate life cycle including: land, construction, urban planning & licences, leases, acquisitions, real estate asset management, real estate finance, sale & leasebacks and disposals of all types of real estate assets: logistic warehouses, residential (including build to rent transactions), hotels & leisure centres, shopping centres, street retail, office buildings, new real estate trends (student housing, co-living, nursing homes, supermarkets, schools, data centres) as well as NPLs and REOs portfolios.
She has built a strong network of clients and industry contacts who regard her as an effective communicator who is adept at multitasking.
Conchita has a strong reputation for successfully completing transactions, adding value on the deals whilst maintaining a strong client focus and a commercial approach. She does really enjoy her work and helping the clients meet their business needs.
She often work collaboratively with her international colleagues on pan-European projects. Prior to joining Bird & Bird, She worked at another two global law firms.
