Claire has over 25 years’ experience of dealing with a wide range of complex personal injury claims acting for several large insurers on road traffic accidents, employers liability and public liability claims. She deals with claims of utmost severity including spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, amputations, complex poly-trauma, fatalities and chronic pain.
Claire has a strong technical background and is a member and contributor of FOIL; Clyde’s National Catastrophic Brain Injury Group and is also a member of a specialist brain injury group for a leading insurer.
Claire also mentors individual insurer client’s guiding them throughout their professional, technical and personal development.
