Mr. Graham is Co-Managing Partner of the Providence office, Co-Leader of the Corporate Practice Group, and Co-Chair of the Firm's Corporate and Transactional Department. He negotiates acquisitions, dispositions and management buyouts for buyers and sellers, private equity funds and management teams. He represents borrowers in financing transactions, including highly-leveraged financings in private equity buyouts. He counsels start-up enterprises and assists in capital formation, represents emerging companies and PE investors in equity financings, and advises companies and non-profit organizations on matters of corporate/business law. He serves on the boards of several non-profits and business advocacy organizations.
