Christopher DiMatteo

Christopher litigates complex commercial disputes and specializes in the areas of constitutional and public law, privacy, and cybersecurity. He has significant trial, appellate and arbitration experience, and regulates litigates contract, banking and pension matters. He has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario, and in the Federal Court, the courts of Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia, and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as in many arbitration proceedings.

Before joining Blakes, Christopher was a law clerk for the Honourable Justice (now Chief Justice) Richard Wagner of the Supreme Court of Canada and for judges of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
