Christian Sjöqvist assist Swedish and foreign companies with tax advice, primarily relating to structural issues and issues arising in conjunction with the purchase and sale of companies or properties.
Mr Sjoqvist is head of Setterwalls’ tax team in Gothenburg and co-head of Setterwalls’ tax team in Sweden. A large part of his work is linked to providing tax advice in transaction processes, with special focus on the real estate sector. He also often provide tax advice when reviewing existing company structures. In addition, Christian Sjöqvist work extensively with various forms of incentive programmes, and also with tax litigation.
