Chris's transactional practice covers OTC (over-the-counter) and exchange-traded derivatives, repos, securities lending, margin loans, structured products, and other risk transfer instruments linked to rates, currencies, corporate and sovereign credit, equities, commodities, funds, insurance risks, strategic indices, digital assets, and energy transition.
