Charles Ricciardelli

Charles Ricciardelli advises on the full spectrum of political law compliance issues, including pay-to-play laws, particularly those impacting investment advisers and other complex financial services companies. He assists clients with designing and implementing comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws regarding campaign finance, pay-to-play, lobbying, gifts, and conflicts of interest. He regularly conducts training on political law compliance for legal and compliance personnel, lobbyists, and senior executives. His practice also includes representing clients facing investigations and enforcement actions. Mr. Ricciardelli also frequently advises companies on the registration and disclosure requirements under the Foreign Agents Registration Act.
