Bruce K. Fenton chairs the firm’s Private Equity Practice and is a member of the Policy Committee. He advises clients such as private equity firms, fund sponsors, portfolio companies, financial and strategic buyers, and business owners in their key transactions. Bruce is a deal strategist, focused primarily on middle-market transactions for buyers and sellers, who fundamentally understands the markets as well as the drivers that affect his clients’ interests. Bruce structures, negotiates, and closes domestic and cross-border private equity transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged and management buyouts, recapitalizations, private placements, and asset and stock acquisitions. He confronts his clients’ challenges with deal teams who seamlessly address all aspects of his clients’ needs, such as tax, executive compensation and employee benefits, financing, intellectual property, IT and privacy, as well as other substantive areas.
