BRIAN BRADSHAW focuses his practice on project development and finance, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions involving energy and energy transition projects with a focus on conventional and renewable power, CCUS, hydrogen, natural gas and liquefied natural gas (LNG). He has advised clients on a wide range of projects including hydrogen hubs, carbon capture facilities renewable natural gas, LNG liquefaction and regasification, natural gas and liquids pipelines, upstream development, FPSOs, FSRUs and all-related supply and off-take arrangements for hydrogen, ammonia, gas, power, LNG, crude oil, refined products, and coal. He also advises clients on shipping and maritime-related issues and engineering, procurement, and construction contracts.
