BRIAN BRADSHAW focuses his practice on project development and finance, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions involving energy, infrastructure and energy transition projects with a focus on conventional and renewable power, CCUS, hydrogen, natural gas and liquefied natural gas (LNG). He has advised clients on a wide range of projects including hydrogen hubs, carbon capture facilities, ammonia, renewable natural gas, LNG liquefaction and regasification, natural gas and liquids pipelines, upstream development, FPSOs, FSRUs and all related supply and off-take arrangements for hydrogen, ammonia, gas, power, LNG, crude oil, refined products, and coal. He also advises clients on shipping, off-shore development and maritime related issues and engineering, procurement, and construction contracts.
