Career

Brandon Marzo serves as section leader for the firm’s Energy Practice. Brandon is widely recognized for his representation of utilities before state commissions. His work spans matters involving integrated resource planning, certifications of new generation including new nuclear generation, rate cases, RFPs for purchase power, certifications and RFPs for renewable resources, fuel cases, and qualifying facility contracting processes. He also draws on his years of experience in the public sector with the Georgia Public Service Commission and the Georgia’s Governor’s Office of Consumer Affairs Consumers’ Utility Counsel.
