Bradley Klein

Bradley Klein is a litigation partner based in Washington, D.C. and represents corporations, financial institutions and individuals in the U.S. and Asia in complex federal litigations and government investigations, including under the U.S. securities laws, the False Claims Act, and other federal statutes. Mr. Klein also has broad experience in handling an array of internal investigations, regulatory enforcement actions and compliance matters, including matters involving the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other aspects of U.S. law. Mr. Klein is a fluent Mandarin speaker.
