Bogdan Papandopol is a Partner and Head of the Real Estate Group in Romania. He has over 20 years of experience advising a large number of Romanian and international investors on real estate and construction matters. During his career, Bogdan has worked on some of the most high-profile real estate transactions in Romania, having coordinated multiple due diligence investigations, real estate acquisitions and financings of real estate projects, building contracts, joint venture agreements, concessions, office premises lease agreements etc.
