Audrey Bontemps is a partner in the Corporate Department of Jones Day’s Paris office with more than two decades of experience. Her practice focuses on private large-cap and mid-cap M&A, including domestic and cross-border divestitures, acquisitions and strategic joint ventures as well as general corporate and commercial law matters. She represents large French and multinational industrial corporations in a number of key sectors and is especially active in the energy transition & infrastructure, chemical, and life sciences areas. She’s listed among the Top 40 of the CAC 40 lawyers (Forbes/LJA).
