Ashley Hager focuses on employment discrimination litigation, employment advice, employee and manager training and drafting agreements. She handles single and multi-plaintiff litigation for employers under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Ashley provides employment and human resources consulting on issues such as employee selection, compensation, leaves and discipline, disability, fitness-for-duty, outsourcing or expatriate arrangements, federal contractor obligations, restrictive covenants and severance, and she drafts employment-related agreements, including employment contracts, commission agreements, restrictive covenants, and separation and release agreements.
