Career

Ashley Taylor is a partner in the firm’s Regulatory, Investigations, Strategy and Enforcement Practice, focusing on state and federal regulatory enforcement matters and related litigation or administrative actions. He also serves as a leader of the firm’s State Attorneys General team. Ashley has represented clients in multistate and individual state Attorneys General investigations and before the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Federal Trade Commission.

Ashley has extensive experience in a variety of subject matters, including loan servicing and data breaches, that are the subject of enforcement actions and related litigation. Ashley founded, and currently co-chairs, the American Bar Association State Attorneys General and Department of Justice Issues Committee, and currently serves on Troutman Pepper’s Executive Committee and Partners’ Compensation Committee.
