Global head of Skadden's Energy & Infrastructure Projects Group; advises clients in developing, financing, acquiring and selling energy and infrastructure projects, both in the U.S. and internationally. His clients include sponsors, strategic investors, and financial institutions, and his representations cover the entirety of the energy and infrastructure spectrum, with a particular focus on renewables, transmission, conventional power, digital infrastructure and traditional infrastructure transactions. He regularly represents industry leaders in some of the most innovative transactions in the sector.
