-Supporting companies during internal investigations, and representing them in court proceedings where asset freezes or preservation of real or personal property are required in advance of judgment;
-Advising clients on risks and potential liabilities arising from the Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act and the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act;
-Representing companies in contractual disputes, oppression complaints and matters where a company's brand or reputation is under attack;
-Acting as appellate counsel for clients who have received an adverse determination from a governing or regulatory authority;
