Arianne Bouchard (She/Her/Hers) is the national co-leader of the Employment and Labour group based in the Montreal office.
In her practice, Arianne advises employers of all sizes on matters pertaining to collective and individual labour relations, at both provincial and federal levels. Her practices focuses on issues relating to hiring and terminating employees, disciplinary measures, individual or collective layoffs, human rights, employment standards, as well as the interpretation and application of collective agreements and employment contracts. Arianne has developed a particular expertise in administrative law, having had the opportunity to represent employers in several extraordinary appeals before the civil courts, including injunctions and judicial reviews. In addition, she is also frequently involved in corporate restructurings, sales and acquisitions, including to provide strategic advices relating to employment.
Arianne has represented her clients before the courts, including the Quebec Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Appeal, as well as before federal and provincial administrative boards and tribunals.
Committed to being a versatile professional able to assist employers in all aspects of their labour relations and human resources, Arianne has also obtained a post-graduate diploma in Dispute Prevention and Resolution and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines du Québec.
