Disputes & Restructuring Group Senior Partner and Partner of the Intellectual Property practice, he regularly advises international companies in all areas of intellectual property, notably companies operating in research in the pharmaceutical sector as well as the sector industrial association.
He has participated in important PPP projects in the areas of transportation, has been involved in several major industrial, commercial and M&A transactions and has provided regular legal support to several international industrial companies, also working thoroughly in corporate law and corporate crime.
He has broad experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, both national and international, as well as in pharmaceutical patent litigation.
