Annerie specializes in property and property finance. She assists companies with Dutch and international property transactions, financing, refinancing and project development as well as drafting all other types of property (and other) agreements. In addition, Annerie advises companies on preparing, formulating and carrying out national and international tenders. Annerie advises hospitals and universities regarding their real estate portfolio and the finance related items thereof. Furthermore she advises companies structuring and setting up property funds and preparing and drafting the related financing documents.

Career

Annerie was appointed as civil law notary in 1996. Annerie holds various board and advisory positions, both in the property area and the Dutch notarial profession.

Professional Memberships

As from 2021 up to and including 2024 Annerie has been Board Chair of the Royal Dutch Notary Association. She was board member of the CNUE (Council of Notariats of the European Union) in 2024. As from January 2025 Annerie is Vice-President of the CNUE. In the CNUE Annerie is, together with the other board members, active in several specific files among others Tokenisation of Real Estate in Europe, the 28th Regime and the European Business Wallet.

She chaired the Amsterdam chapter of the Royal Dutch Notary Association from 2008 to 2012. Annerie is a deputy counsel in the Notary and Bailiffs Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal since October 2025.

Annerie has been involved in several major property projects within the Netherlands, and is regularly asked to provide input to various committees aiming to strengthen the Dutch real estate sector.
