Andrea Verney Kerstein

Andrea has significant experience representing insurers and reinsurers in complex insurance and health care disputes and arbitrations, primarily in the life and health insurance areas. She has deep experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation and arbitration matters.

Andrea’s clients range from national health insurance companies to life reinsurance firms, frequently representing them in disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, and reinsurance treaty issues. She represents her clients as the plaintiff in complex matters, obtaining pre-trial settlements ranging from the multimillions to billions.

Andrea is the managing partner of the firm’s Chicago office.
