Amir Ghavi chairs the Firm’s Technology Transactions and IP practice and advises on the intellectual property and technology aspects of corporate and asset acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and restructurings; data procurement and use; data privacy and cybersecurity; AI/ML; brand and other IP licensing and management; software; outsourcing; and technology development, applications, and governance in corporate environments.

With a background in software and neuroscience, Mr. Ghavi also provides complex commercial contract and IP counseling for corporations, fund sponsors and non-profits in a variety of industries, including software, FinTech and financial services, high-technology, aerospace, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and energy and industrial sectors.
