Allison R Schneirov

Ms. Schneirov is global head of Skadden’s transactions practices and a partner in Skadden's M&A Department. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities and general corporate matters. She represents public and private companies, private equity firms and hedge funds, as well as investment banks and financing sources in a variety of domestic and international transactions.
