Alice Mihailescu

Alice Mihailescu is a senior associate in Dentons Ottawa's Real Estate group and a member the municipal, land use planning and development law group. Her practice focuses on municipal law, including land use planning, expropriation, real property disputes, and municipal tax assessment. Alice has experience advising all sides of the development industry, including developers, homeowners, and municipalities. She offers strategic and practical advice to clients throughout all stages of the development process, engaging with experts and stakeholders to advance effective and well-rounded resolutions.

Leveraging her extensive advocacy background, Alice has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal, along with various administrative tribunals. She routinely represents clients before the Ontario Land Tribunal. In addition to her litigation work, Alice actively participates in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation.
