With over 25 years of experience, Alexis is a trusted advisor to private equity sponsors and corporate clients, guiding them through the structuring, negotiation, and execution of leveraged acquisitions, management buyouts, growth equity investments, secondaries, joint ventures, and dispositions of privately held businesses. Her practice spans the upper middle market across a wide range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, insurance, financial services (including fintech), aviation services and infrastructure, consumer products, medical devices, packaging, manufacturing, and distribution services.

Alexis has particular depth in telecommunications and managed technology services, having advised on numerous acquisitions and a continuation fund in the UCaaS, SD-WAN, and connectivity sectors, as well as M&A transactions for telecom operating companies. She also has extensive experience advising financial investors on acquisitions of finance platforms and financial asset portfolios, including joint ventures structured to acquire large-scale consumer finance assets.
