Alexandra Radulescu

Alexandra is Partner and Co-Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution in Dentons Bucharest office. With a career spanning more than 19 years, Alexandra has advised and represented numerous clients in related claims disputes and litigation. Her expertise includes advising and representing clients in commercial, construction, and defense arbitration proceedings before the Court of Arbitration attached to the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and ICC International Court of Arbitration, in cases seated in Paris, Vienna, and Bucharest.

She represented clients before the courts of law in claims against various State authorities, including the National Tax Administration and the Environmental Fund Administration, in tax and customs related litigation, the Government, various Ministries and State agencies in administrative and regulatory disputes, and public procurement disputes.
