Alejandro Alterwain leads FERRERE’s Antitrust Law and Intellectual Property Law groups. He is also an industrial property agent and has over twenty years’ experience in IP prosecution and intellectual property matters, covering transactional work, civil litigation and anticounterfeiting enforcement.

His daily practice also includes general company law, particularly in the technology, telecommunications and entertainment industries.
