Albert Hogan III

Has more than 20 years of experience as a commercial litigator and serves as lead counsel in major disputes in state and federal courts around the country at both the trial and appellate levels. He also has significant experience in business arbitrations involving commercial disputes. Mr. Hogan has represented a broad range of clients in high-priority cases involving merger and acquisition disputes, commercial contracts, antitrust, intellectual property, securities class actions, ERISA class actions and corporate control challenges. He also has considerable experience in bankruptcy-related litigation, and has represented both debtors and creditors in complex corporate restructurings. Cutting across industries and legal issues, Mr. Hogan’s practice emphasizes a trial-ready approach, with the goal of achieving business-minded results through careful and creative advocacy.
