Agustín Prado is Counsel of Litigation and Arbitration at Prieto and leads the firm’s Consumer Law practice.
He has participated in various litigation and arbitration proceedings across multiple industries, including Energy and Natural Resources; Real Estate and Construction; Fishing and Aquaculture; Agribusiness and Food; Port Operations; Consumer Goods and Retail; Technology and Media; Hospitality and Tourism, among others. In addition, he has significant experience in conflict resolution and out-of-court negotiations.
Agustín earned his Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, graduating with two distinctions, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Law with a focus on Private Law at the Universidad de Chile.
He joined Prieto in 2019.
