The team, is actively involved in arbitration, both domestic and international, intervening in arbitration procedures governed by the rules and regulations of the International Chamber of Commerce of Paris, the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago and the National Arbitration Center.
Our lawyers act as arbitrators in different matters and are included in the arbitrator rosters of the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago and the National Arbitration Center.
