Nicolás Yuraszeck has been Partner since 2020. He joined the Firm in 2009.
He is part of the Corporate Law team of the Firm, focused on infrastructure and construction projects, energy and natural resources, project finance, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions. In recent years, he has been involved in several infrastructure projects, M&A transactions and project finance in the energy and natural resources sectors.
He also has experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, advising clients in different areas, including energy, food, retail, among others.
He studied law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, earning his law degree with two distinction votes in 2007. He also completed a Master degree in Tax Administration and Management at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez (2012-2013) and a MSc in Law and Finance at Queen Mary University of London in 2016.
He worked at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang (2016), where he worked in the construction group. Also, during 2017 he worked as a foreign lawyer at the Capital Markets group of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton (London), where he was involved in several capital markets and M&A transactions.
