Cristóbal is one of the Heads of the Labor Department at Prieto.

He counsels national and international clients on labor and social security matters, in both individual and collective labor law, and has participated in several collective bargaining processes. He actively participates in the judicial defense of its clients in labor matters, as well as in investigations of complaints and labor training programs.

Cristóbal has been a speaker at various conferences, both national and international, related to Labor Law, such as the International Bar Association.

He has been recognized in major international rankings as a leading partner in the Labor Law area, including Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, Best Lawyers, among others.

Cristóbal joined Prieto in 2008 and has been partner since 2019.
