Isabel Monge is Partner of the Banking and Finance team at the firm.

She regularly advises domestic and international clients, including both lenders and debtors, on a wide range of financing transactions, such as bilateral and syndicated loans, project financing, convertible debt, international debt issuances, and structuring of private debt operations.

She has extensive experience in project financings related to infrastructure, mining, transmission, and renewable energy, as well as transactions in the real estate, retail, automotive, agriculture, and electromobility industries. Additionally, she provides regular advice to insurance companies in the context of financing operations.

She also actively participates in complex debt restructuring transactions, both domestic and international, including Chapter 11 reorganizations under the New York Bankruptcy Code and DIP financings.

She has served as a teaching assistant in Constitutional Law (2008-2009) and Procedural Law (2010-2012) at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Her work has been recognized by various international rankings in the areas of Banking and Finance and Projects, including Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

Isabel joined Prieto in 2013 and became a Partner at the firm in 2026.
