Of Counsel of the Tax Department. Main field of work is company taxation in general, with particular experience in corporate and personal income

tax, international taxation, tax proceedings and litigation. He has worked in major mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence procedures for

performing these transactions. He has also acted for different multinational groups in Spain on matters including transfer prices and non-resident

taxation, as well as significant cases in the field of tax litigation, tax procedure and constitutional tax law. He is a professor of tax law at the

University and different private schools.
