Aaron Abraham

Aaron represents owners and developers in both transactional and litigation matters in the construction law area. His clients include prominent corporate and institutional owners and developers, as well as real estate and hospitality industry companies, that turn to him for guidance on some of the largest commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects nationally and internationally.

Aaron drafts and negotiates a full range of development, design, and construction agreements, and resolves and litigates complex construction and design-related disputes. He counsels clients on the structuring of major construction projects, including complex development, joint venture, budget, design, project management and controls, risk management and mitigation, insurance, and dispute resolution issues.
