Marty has 48 years of litigation and trial experience as a labor and employment lawyer, representing clients in the energy, chemical, health, retail, pharmaceutical, wholesale, manufacturing, airline, financial, insurance, construction, grocery, communications, and hospitality sectors. Marty received training from the American Arbitration Association and is a neutral L&E Arbitrator and Mediator. He is also a veteran litigator and trial lawyer in all phases of labor and employment law, including advice, counsel, trials, and appeals involving all types of discrimination matters.
