Real Estate Litigation ranks firms and lawyers advising on contentious property issues for landlords, landowners and tenants. The section covers development disputes, including those regarding rights of way, boundary lines, rights to light and party walls, as well as contentious landlord and tenant work including rent reviews, lease terminations and dilapidations claims.
