In the commercial sphere, Anna has advised on vacant possession strategies, the termination and renewal of business tenancies, service charge disputes, tenant insolvency, dilapidations, break notices, contractual disputes, possession claims and other landlord and tenant disputes. She has a detailed understanding of the telecoms sector, along with experience in real property matters and professional negligence claims.
