About

Provided by Howard Kennedy LLP

Howard Kennedy's Real Estate Dispute Resolution team can offer the right mix of experience to deal with our clients' property-related disputes, ranging from the smallest of cases to the largest and the most complex. We represent clients in front of the Supreme Court, Privy Council, Court of Appeal, High Court, County Court and increasingly in the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Chamber.

The team are first and foremost strategic advisors to our clients. We are not just here to fight fires and solve disputes after they have arisen. We prefer to consult with our clients at the commencement of projects, developments and transactions to ensure that we can foresee problems arising or mitigate risk. If problems do arise, we have a proven track record of securing the right results for our clients through litigation or alternative means of dispute resolution.

Sectors we work in include living (build to sell, BTR, PBSA and co-living), commercial offices, retail & leisure, industrial & logistics, mixed-use, life sciences, media and technology.

As a team we make sure that we are aligned to the needs of our clients' businesses, to fully understand their objectives and challenges and to help achieve them.
