Ziemowit concentrates his practice in U.S. federal income tax issues related to all aspects of private equity backed investments, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital funds, real estate transactions, and management compensation. He works extensively with the firm’s Finance, Financial Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practices.
Ziemowit’s representative transactions include acquisitions and dispositions of businesses for both financial and strategic investors, cross-border investments, formation of investment vehicles and financial restructurings for both borrowers and lenders.
