Since 2002, he has been engaged in antidumping, countervailing, 337 investigations, antitrust investigations and other legal services business, with nearly twenty years of rich experience in legal services. He has represented a lot of Chinese enterprises and the Chinese government responding to anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard investigations initiated by US, Canada, Australia, India and other countries, and helped them to achieve zero rate in dumping investigations or no injury determination. He has repeatedly acting Chinese government as a third party, complainant and respondent in WTO dispute settlement cases. In addition, he also represented the companies in United States, India and Saudi Arabia and other countries to participate China's antidumping and countervailing duty investigation. His clients include: Chint Electric, Fufeng Group, Juhua, Sailun, Guizhou Tire, Linglong Tire, Jingcheng Holding, Shandong New Continent Tire. He is also a SAS Certified Programmer with good skill of using SAS software to process large databases. He is familiar with the SAS program the U.S. Department of Commerce used to calculate the dumping margin.
