Career
Yinhong Mr. is the Managing Partner and Head of the Capital Markets Practice at Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm. He also serves as the Director of the firm’s Shenzhen and Guangzhou branches. Mr. Liu was a candidate for membership on the 17th Main Board Issuance Review Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the 7th ChiNext Board Issuance Review Committee, and the first Registration-Based ChiNext Listing Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. With over two decades of experience in corporate securities law, he has led and participated in numerous landmark cases in capital markets, covering a wide range of capital market projects including the main boards, SME boards, ChiNext Board, and Sci-Tech Innovation Board (STAR Market) in China, as well as main boards of stock exchanges in multiple foreign countries.
Mr. Liu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law from Zhejiang University and a Master’s degree in International Economic Law and European Union Law from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom. He joined Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm as a partner in 2004. Mr. Liu is well-versed in the legal regulations and regulatory practices concerning domestic and international listings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, as well as legal advisory for both state-owned and private enterprises. He provides comprehensive legal services for clients, including overall structure design, due diligence, legal opinions, and business negotiations for listings and M&A/restructuring projects.
