Lawyer HONG has made a great number of lawsuits involving investment and financing, merger and acquisition, asset reorganization and business controversy and non-lawsuit cases since 2005. He has been legal counsel for banks, non-bank financial institutions, fund management companies, trust companies, lease finance companies and bonding companies. He has dealt with practice with nearly 150 billion yuan including syndicated loan, mergers & acquisitions loan, structural financing and assets management, and helped hundreds of all kinds of enterprises to realize bond and equity financing with nearly 100 billion yuan.
