Mr. Yuhao XIE is a senior partner of JT&N, he focuses in the field of financial legal services for many years. Based on his in-depth understanding of the financial system, combined with the comprehensive and practical experience in legal practice, Xie gradually formed his business advantages in investment and financing activities. He is good at starting from the needs of the client, and on the premise of safeguarding the interests of the client, to resolve the contradictions of all parties to the maximum, balance the interests of all parties, and promote the overall transaction as the ultimate goal. Xie’s practice areas are securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions restructuring, private equity and venture capital, asset management, etc. As a member of the JT&N Nanjing office, he has participated in and led several first cases of frontier financial legal services in Jiangsu Province in recent years, such as the first collection of direct financial products and the first OTC ABS products. The clients include financial institutions such as Bank of Communications and Bank of Nanjing; and local important state-owned enterprises such as Nanjing Metro Group and Nanjing Communications Group; and government industry funds such as Yangzi Fund or guiding funds.
